ScotHot 2027

ScotHot 2027

ScotHot is Scotland’s showcase for food, drink, hospitality, retail and tourism. Producers, suppliers and buyers from across the country and beyond use the show to showcase products and to meet operators who stock and serve them.

Held at Glasgow SEC and curated with the Scottish Tourism Alliance, the show concentrates a national supply base into a single visit, with an emphasis on Scottish provenance and independent brands.

Visitors include chefs, hoteliers, retailers, distributors and buying groups, and the show is used to source Scottish produce and drink for menus and shelves ahead of the season.
